Communication
As a member of Success Matrimony herewith expressly solicit and invite Success Matrimony and/or its empowered personnel to communicate to you through any telecom resources in the registered number provided by you to give you details, clarify and clear up the various services provided by Success Matrimony and to aid or support you in availing the said services of Success Matrimony.
If at any time, you wish to discontinue receiving the communications (including, but not limited to emails, SMS and phone calls) from Success Matrimony, you may do so by sending an email to info @Success Matrimony.com to indicate the same to Success Matrimony and/or its approved personnel regarding such discontinuance, and you hereby agree that, unless specifically communicated to us about discontinuing communications from Success Matrimony and/or its authorized personnel, it will be deemed that you want to continue and solicit and invite all such or other communications from Success Matrimony
You represent that you did not register yourself or the phone number submitted by you with the Do Not Disturb / National Customer Preference Register and/or you have already changed your registration suitably.
Further and in any event, you do hereby also unconditionally agree and undertake that this invitation and solicitation shall supersede any preferences set by you with or registration done with the Do Not Disturb ("DND Register")/ National Customer Preference Register ("NCPR"). Without prejudice to the aforesaid and in any event, by expressly inviting and soliciting the services from Success Matrimony, you also unconditionally agree that your rights under the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2010 or any subsequent amendments thereto or under NCPR, are kept in abeyance or remain non-operative until you expressly communicate for discontinuation of relationship with Success Matrimony
.You also without any pre-condition agree to indemnify Success Matrimony against all losses, damages, penalties, costs or consequences, whether direct or indirect, that may arise out of any breach or violation of the aforesaid representation, commitment and undertaking.
When you visit Success Matrimony website or send e-mails to us, you are using electronic mode of communication, you deem to agree and give your consent to receive such communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting information on this website. You agree that all such agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

- The paid members of Successmatrimony.com will be able to view contact details of users, who have permitted their contact details to be visible to other members of Successmatrimony.com.
- You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display (hereinafter, "Post") on the Successmatrimony.com service or transmit to other Successmatrimony.com Members. The Site reserves the right to verify the authenticity of Content posted on the site. If you fail to produce such evidence, then your membership will be terminated.

- Contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page) ;
- Displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
- Provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;

- threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation
- Any Content and or comment information uploaded by User You on the Site which is non-compliant with The Information Technology Act, 2000, Rules and regulations, guidelines made there under, user agreement and privacy policy, as amended⁄re-enacted from time to time, for access or usage of Company’s Services⁄Site⁄computer resource, the Company has the right to immediately terminate the access or usage rights of the User to the said Services and Site and remove disable all information including the non-compliant information. Furthermore, the Company shall have the right to take recourse to such remedies as would be available to the Company under the applicable laws.
- You must use Successmatrimony.com Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations.
- You may not include in your Member profile, visible to other members, any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, and URL’s and email addresses.
Member Disputes
As Successmatrimony.com is acting only as a facilitator and providing you a platform on the Site, you are solely responsible for your direct as well as indirect interactions with other Successmatrimony.com Members. The Site reserves the right, but has no obligation to monitor disputes between you and other members.
Limitation on Liability
Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will Successmatrimony.com be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the Site or the Successmatrimony.com Service, even if Successmatrimony.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Successmatrimony.com, liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Successmatrimony.com, for the Service during the term of membership.
Dispute Resolution
All Disputes and Differences whatsoever arising out or in relation to this subscription order/contract or order of Service shall be referred for resolution to a sole arbitrator, so appointed by TBSL at its sole discretion. The said Arbitration shall be conducted in terms of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 together with amendments. The Award made in pursuance thereof shall be final and binding on all the parties. The seat and venue of Arbitration shall be Coimbatore and shall be governed by the Applicable laws of India. This Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Coimbatore.
Period of Membership:
You continue to be a member of Success Matrimony till Success Matrimony discharges its obligations to you by rendering its services to you; or when Success Matrimony or you terminate the membership arrangement.
Paid Memberships:
Validity of your paid membership is based on months (3, 6, and 9) and not on days.
Renewal of Membership:
A Paid Member who is eligible to view the contact details, on the conclusion of his/her account can renew the membership within a month. On such renewal, they can get 10% discount on the scheme and the balance number of contact detail views if any pending will automatically gets carried over with the renewal.
Privacy of Membership:
Your Membership is only for your personal use any and any case it is not to be assigned, transferred or licensed to be used by any other person/entity. We advise the members to make appropriate/thorough enquiries before acting upon any matrimonial advertisement. Success Matrimony does not vouch for or subscribe to the claims and representations made by the advertising members regarding particulars of status, age, or income.
Cancellation of Membership:
If you choose to terminate your membership, the money paid towards registration of your membership will not be refunded, adjusted for any other service or for another applicant. Your membership in the Success Matrimony is only for your exclusive personal use. You here by agree for that you will not authorize others to use your membership.
Online Conduct
You are responsible for the content and information [including profile and photograph] you post or transmit through Success Matrimony’s services. You will not post or transmit any content or information [in whatever form they may be] that is insulting, sacrilegious, rude, obscene, sexually oriented, profane, threatening, illegal or in violation of the rights of any person, including intellectual property rights. No content or information shall contain details or particulars of any of Success Matrimony’s competitors, including their contact details. You will not use either your online or offline membership as a media for any kind of promotional campaign, solicitation, advertising or dealing in any products or services or send out any chain letters or junk mails.
Disclaimers
Success Matrimony is not any responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the Site or in connection with the Success Matrimony’s Service, whether caused by Users/Members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service or for the conduct of any User and/or member of the Success Matrimony, whether online or offline. Success Matrimony assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission; communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, User and/or member communications or any communications by Success Matrimony to its Members.
Success Matrimony is not accountable for any electronic problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technological problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to users and/or members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the Success Matrimony Site and/or in connection with the Success Matrimony Service. Under no circumstances, Success Matrimony will be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's use of the site or the service and/or any content posted on the Success Matrimony site or transmitted to Success Matrimony members. The exchange of the matrimonial profiles(s) through or by Success Matrimony is not a matrimonial offer and/or recommendation from/by Success Matrimony.
Success Matrimony shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any individual arising out of, or subsequent to, any relations (including but not limited to matrimonial relations) established pursuant to the use of Success Matrimony. The Site and the Service are provided "AS-IS condition" and Success Matrimony expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Success Matrimony cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the site and/or the Success Matrimony Service. All liability, whether civil or criminal arising out of any content that is posted on the site will be of that member / user / third party who has posted such content and Success Matrimony reserves its right to claim damages from such a member/ user / third party that it may suffer as a result of such content posted on the site. Success Matrimony does not care and claim ownership of content you submit or make available for inclusion in the service.
Limitation on Liability:
In no event, Success Matrimony would be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, also including lost profits arising from your use of the Site or the Success Matrimony Service, even if Success Matrimony has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything, to the contrary, contained herein, Success Matrimony liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Success Matrimony for the Service during the term of membership.
If there is any dispute about or involving the site and/or the service, by using the site, you unconditionally agree that all such disputes and/or differences will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Coimbatore, India only.
You agree to indemnify and hold Success Matrimony, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, fully indemnified and harmless to any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or any fraudulent act on your part.
By becoming a Member of the Success Matrimony agreement, you agree to receive certain specific emails from Success Matrimony. This agreement, accepted upon use of the site and further affirmed by becoming a member of the Success Matrimony, contains the entire agreement between you and Success Matrimony regarding the use of the site and/or the service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

By becoming a member of SM and/or using the services of the site, you unconditionally and irrevocably confirm that you have read the above provisions and agree to abide by them.

Applicable Law:
The membership is deemed to have been entered into at Coimbatore, India and the laws of India will govern the membership. Disputes arising out of or in any way affecting the membership, including interpretation of any of the terms are to be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 [Indian Act] at Coimbatore before a sole Arbitrator.
The Company shall not be responsible for issue. It is just an indicator.
Even after this Agreement is terminated, these provisions will remain in effect.

If any individuals wishes to have any consultancy and community services which are also available in our sites. They have to click buttons for which it will be reduce automatically from their total counts. So hereby all individual agreeing without any say.
